- Prepare Required Documents: Common documents include:

- A passport-size photograph.
- PAN card of the business.

3. Submit the Application:
- For Basic Registration, you can apply online through the FSSAI website.
- For State and Central Licenses, you need to fill out a form on the FSSAI portal, and provide necessary details and documents.
- Inspection (if applicable): Depending on the type of registration, an inspection of your premises might be conducted by the FSSAI officials.
- Approval and Issuance of License: Once the application is processed and the required documents are verified, the FSSAI will issue a registration number or license.

Validity and Renewal:- The FSSAI license is valid for 1 to 5 years, depending on the business's nature and the registration type.
