SURROUND YOURSELF WITH GOOD PEOPLE AND THINGS

You will feel like you are in hell if you’ll be constantly picked at: criticized for the clothes that you wear and the way you carry out yourself, judged on your accent or etiquette and treated like you are inferior. This will kill your self-esteem and destroy your college life. Therefore surround yourself by people who adore you, frequently compliment you, help you, so on and so forth.

BE NICE TO YOURSELF

You may have performed average or failed in your quizzes or exams, you probably looked weird in a recent gathering or you lost a friend because you said something inappropriate, still be nice to yourself. Not only will it make them happy but also supply you with the moral support that you may need to pull off certain things in your college, be it handling a rude classmate, scoring high on the tests, winning the teacher’s heart or something more intense. This can work as a refreshing and rejuvenating therapy.

TAKE PROPER REST AND EAT HEALTHY FOOD

In the hassle of back to back classes and piled up submissions do not ignore your health. Always take proper rest and eat healthy food. Avoid heavy intake of junk food and sleep 6-8 hours daily.Take cat naps during the day times if possible.

Relax your muscles when you return home, before indulging in a massive physical or mental activity. This would stop the college pressures from getting you.

ENJOY LIFE

Plan hangouts, go for movies, dine out now and then and attend parties. In other words, enjoy your life and have fun. Gather with your social circles for gossips, shopping and entertainment. Do not make your routine a mechanistic one or you will certainly get fed up of your college routine.

College life can be one of the most fantastic pages of one’s life, therefore, create memories that can light up your days when you enter the more serious phase of your life.
