Naisargi’s Reflections: Why should you invest in yourself?

I have spent over a decade juggling being a mother, boss, wife, daughter, daughter-in-law and more! While making sure I carried out each role fully, I forgot my most significant role: Being ME! I can’t be my best self if I do not invest in the person standing opposite me in the mirror. Then I came to a crazy realisation, If I wanted to do justice to every single role in life, I needed to revamp my mindset and look inwards.
