Pineapple juice is a popular tropical beverage known for its sweet and tangy flavor and health benefits. 2. Washing and Cleaning

6. Pasteurization
Pasteurization is essential to extend the shelf life of pineapple juice and kill any harmful microorganisms. The juice is quickly heated to a temperature of around 85–95°C (185–203°F) for a short period (15–30 seconds) and then rapidly cooled. This thermal process preserves flavor while ensuring food safety.
7. Homogenization (Optional)
In some cases, homogenization is performed to ensure a uniform texture and to prevent separation during storage. This involves forcing the juice through high-pressure nozzles to break down particles and emulsify the juice.
8. Filling and Packaging
Once pasteurized, the juice moves to the filling station. Depending on the target market and storage requirements, the juice may be filled into bottles, cans, cartons, or pouches. Modern filling machines operate under sterile conditions and often integrate automatic capping, labeling, and date coding.

9. Storage and Distribution
