From this list, we managed to track down and interview 218 of them. It is said that hindsight is a powerful tool. Out of 218 people we spoke with, 104 (almost half), said they just picked a furniture removalist from the Yellow Pages. Of the remainder, 18 had filed insurance claims for damages and or loss of household furniture while the remainder 139 either said they were less than satisfied with the quality of service they received or were averagely satisfied with the quality. All 139 said they might not be inclined to re-hire the same furniture removalist service provider again.

The 4 who had visited more than one website were part of these 61 who had no complaints as were 57 from amongst the 61 folks who had called up friends and relatives and selected the recommended removalist service provider.
