Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education 2025
Posted: Jul 22, 2025
The Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP), also known as the Directorate of Government Examinations, is the state-level authority responsible for regulating and supervising secondary education across Andhra Pradesh. Established in 1969, the board conducts SSC (Class 10) public examinations, prescribes syllabi, and implements education policies in alignment with national standards.
In 2025, over 6.19 lakh students appeared for the AP SSC Exams, held from March 17 to 31, and the results were released on April 23 at 10:00 AM, with a pass percentage of 81.14%. A notable outcome this year was the high number of re-evaluated answer scripts—over 11,000 papers were found to have serious discrepancies, sparking discussions on examination reforms and transparency.
