    Why Active Trader Pro May Not Open or Synchronize

    Fidelity's Active Trader Pro (ATP) is a very powerful real-time trading platform. However, especially after software updates or changes in network environments, it may show login or synchronization problems. Typical triggers include:

    • Server maintenance or account-permission mismatch

        • Go to the Fidelity System Alerts page.
