Use of Essential Oils as an Easy Way To Stay Healthy

Essential oils nourish the body and make us healthy because they are a rich source of vitamins, proteins, and other raw materials that are necessaries part of the body. Like the engine oils of automobiles, the essential oils are a need of our body. Essential oils nourish our body and do it to stay healthy. We should take these essential oils in daily routine because they are highly important supplement of the body gifted by the nature.

Cajuput oil, which is botanically acknowledged as Melaleuca Cajupate is one of the extensively used variety of essential oils. The oil of Cajuput is extracted from the leaves and twigs of the white wood tree through a process of steam distillation. The White wood tree has beautiful white flowers, flexible trunk and pointed leaves. This tree is found in the Malay Archipelago, Malay Peninsula, and some parts of Australia. The oil of Cajuput has a yellow tinge and fruit like aroma.

For the treatment of throat infections and cold, the Cajuput oil is used. It brings down the body temperature and promotes sweating. Hence, this oil is very useful in treating fever. Its analgesic properties cure earaches, headaches, and toothache. Effectively used to treat acne, colic and minor burns, It is also highly beneficial in treating the infections occurred by the yeast like Candida.

This magical essential oil also has therapeutic properties, so this oil is widely used in tonic formulation and massage oils. It is also used in the manufacturing of shampoos, soaps, body spray for adding fragrances.

In spite of this, there is some precautions which should be took care by us before using this oil as we should always use this oil in diluted form. Although, Cajuput essential oil is non-sensitizing & non-toxic, yet, it may cause irritation in mucous membrane and skin it it is used in concentrated form.

Indian kitchen is always empty without ginger. The medicinal qualities of ginger is world renowned. Ginger are a perennial herb grows 3-4 feet in height, having a spreading and tuberous rhizome. The root of this herb is massively used as a spice ingredient or food additive. The essential oil of ginger grass is extracted from the grass of the plant of ginger which is widely used for aromatherapy.

It is also recommended by a few doctors for the patient who is suffering from the issues of libido. The aphrodisiac property of this oil makes it helpful to uplift the sexual urges of an individual.
