A good biryani-based signature dish does not succeed on novelty alone. It succeeds because it respects the logic of biryani before trying to build something around it. That distinction matters. Too many restaurant specials treat biryani as a base that can be overloaded, reshaped, or dramatized without enough thought. But biryani is already a complete idea. It carries aroma, texture, spice balance, protein, rice structure, and emotional familiarity on one plate.
