A vibratory system pulls the lead screw to a fixed position, controlling the final length of the part. At the same time, an internal cooling system stabilizes the component during assembly.

Automatic End Cap Verification

The system checks whether the end cap is properly fitted. If it is missing or incorrectly placed, the part is automatically rejected and sent to a separate chute. This eliminates errors that may occur during manual inspection.
