NAB is often specified for marine propellers, offshore valve bodies, subsea fittings, and oil and gas equipment where high strength must pair with high corrosion resistance.

Leaded Bronze Alloys

Leaded bronze contains lead dispersed through the copper structure, acting as a solid lubricant under load. This reduces friction and wear.

It’s a strong choice for bearings and bushings that operate intermittently or with unreliable lubrication, especially in heavy machinery. However, it is not suited for corrosive environments.
