Optimizing eBay product images to sell more

When you shop on eBay, you want to your potential customers to have that urge to buy your product, right? In order to attract buyers, you need to make sure that your product looks good and appealing with a nice background to boot.

Believe it or not, showcasing only the product by enchanting it in some way or remove background from image helps attract customers to buy your product. We can easily remove background with the use of computer software such as Photoshop. Think about those celebrities that grace the covers of magazines, the object (celebrity) is enhanced in some way (example: skin is smoothed out, model is placed in a good decent background that will make him/her stand out) so that people will buy said magazine.

But how is it possible if you are trying to sell something that requires the image to be removed from the background? Let’s say that you plan to sell a red dress and you’re the type of seller who really does not like the dress hanging on a mannequin because it looks lifeless and would rather want it to look like it is worn by someone but not really showing the person wearing it because you want them to focus on the dress itself.
