With a density of 60 % as of nickel and steel based alloy, the titanium finds applications in aerospace industries and in both military and commercial market. Freedom steel international Limited is a prominent manufacturer and supplier of titanium tube, wires, bars and sheets. All of these products are gone through different quality tests including mechanical test, chemical test, microstructure test etc. Company offers titanium products of high quality and corrosion resistant. The offered titanium is categorized into two types in which the first is commercially pure and the second one includes alloy with additives as vanadium or aluminium.

Titanium is known as ninth most luxuriant item on the crust of earth and it is also recognized as seventh most luxuriant metal. Basically, tubes are used in different industries such as pulp and paper, chemical and petrochemical, medical, power generation, marine, sporting goods and nuclear. Similarly, these tubes are also used for high temperature and high pressure applications in oil and gas industries. In aerospace sector, the tubes are ideal for components of both engine and airframe. The Titanium tubes are also used for offshore drilling rig components and subsea equipment with its heat resistance, excellent toughness and stiffness.

Moreover, these pipes are also useful in high temperature environment of both water and stream. Titanium tubes are available as better substance in comparison to stainless steel, nickel or super alloys by having high strength, low density and light weight. Apart from this, tubes are featured with higher melting point, heat transfer properties and non-magnetic. The chemical composition grades of tubes are 7, 9 and 12 and these are designed with different model numbers such as ASTM B337 / ASME SB337, ASTM B338 / ASTM SB338, ASTM B861 / ASTM SB861 and ASTM B862 / ASTM SB862 etc. You can avail these products in round as well as in rectangular shapes. These tubes are highly appreciated for their rigid and compact designs.

The maximum length of these products is 16000 mm and size for OD is ranging from 10 mm ~114 mm as well as for wall it is ranging from 0.5 mm ~ 15 mm. Moreover, these tubes with tensile strength are 100% Eddy Current Tested (ET), Ultrasonic Tested (UT), Pneumatic Tested and Hydraulic Tested. These tubes are manufactured with commercial pure titanium alloy. Along with moderating modules, the tubes provide a shock-absorbing and supple ride. More of this, the tubes are available in different types including CDW, ERW, welded and seamless with FBE and epoxy coating. The ends of these tubes can be one of plain end, beveled end or threaded end. With bending buffing, the tubes made with titanium are durable and strong in nature.
