For the last 14 years, Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) has helped over 7,500 foster care youth prepare for their future. LATTC provided their students with the right skills that will make them competent and industry ready. Sadly, the budget cut on the fund intended for running this program has affected hundreds of students. In order to continue the quality training rendered to the foster care youth of Los Angeles, The Foster & Kinship Care Education Program organized the "Dancing with the Foster Care Stars" event to provide a night of dancing and fun to all the participants of the event while raising funds for the training of youths who are under their foster care.
