Applicants who want to take this certification must have attained at least 17 years of age, and have finished a course called "The Fundamentals of Instructor Training". They must possess excellent swimming skills, which include being able to do floating along with all swimming strokes, and treading in deep waters for approximately 1 minute each.

Pilates Instructor Certification:

Keonz Quek describes that there are 2 different types of certifications, which include all of the Pilate equipment. One is comprehensive Pilates certification, and the other is the Pilates mat certification. Individuals who are interested in taking comprehensive Pilates certification have to take classes for about one year, and for that they should have completed the 1st mat teacher training. People who have basic Pilates proficiency can take Pilates mat certification, which generally takes just a weekend classes.

Yoga Instructor Certification:

If candidates want to take yoga certification, they can select 1 out of 2 programs. Both these programs have different length. The duration of one course is 500 hours, whereas for another course, it is 200 hours. People will have to attend the 200 hour program, as it offers entire training required to become a yoga instructor. After completing short program, some individuals take 500 hours duration program, as well. Once this program is finished, the instructors can utilize the acronym RYT, which signifies registered yoga teachers.

Fitness Instructor Certification:

Mr. Quek says that the fitness instructor certification is considered to be the easier one to get as compared to the rest of the certifications, as there is only 1 course that people are required to go through. They can look for this program in different centers, obtain the study materials, and then, they can give exams, easily. Keonz Quek tells that it is a general certification, and might be required later on, if individuals like to do specification courses.
