After Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Sardinia, it was the Pharaons Rally in Egypt where Camelia celebrated her fourth consecutive win of the Cross Country Rally World Champion in the women moto-quad category.

At the “Pharaons Rally”, Camelia climbed to the third position in the overall quad-bike category and took the victory in the ladies category.

Four podiums in five participations in the Egyptian desert to date, that is a proof of a real performance! Riding her Yamaha 700 Raptor for 3, 000 km of competition, Camelia has once again completed an almost perfect race. “Having the Dakar as a target, I didn´t want to take any big risks and I never rode at 100% of my full potential” acknowledges the rider, an experienced rally strategist.

The Dakar is the main competition of her racing year. Camelia will take part in this event for the fifth time with the intention to do better than in 2012, when she finished in the 9th place of the overall quad-bike category.

  • To finish among the top 5 riders in the quad-bikes category among 35 competitors is a huge challenge, but the difficulties do not scare me away… In order to meet this challenge, I will be very confident at a mechanical level with my Yamaha 700 Raptor, always reliable and powerful and with which I completed a faultless season. At the navigation level, I am constantly preparing myself to be in the best possible form the day the race will start. A great physical condition will also allow me to make the difference because “it is a race that wears out the competitors more and more each day, ” analyzes the World Champion named as “The Princess of the Desert” by the bike specialist magazine Moto Verte.

And in order to optimize the physical condition of a high level sport woman, Camelia runs and does yoga daily under the direction of her sport coach. Without forgetting the long hikes to the famous Mont Blanc and the downhill ski descents in the powdery snow of the Chamonix mountains which she very much loves.

The desert of South America will then have a lot more appeal….
re appeal….

The website quadssmag.com is a summary of everything which gives a sense to Camelia's Liparoti life. " During the last ten years, I have travelled a lot, traversing the World, I have had the fortune to make some great meetings and this is all the wealth that I want to share with everyone. Travelling does not make sense if we are not able to encourage others to travel, give them tips, suggestions on how to find the beautiful trails and for the way to arrive to the very magical places... " explains Camelia. A tireless worker, setting the bar high for her ambitions, Camelia and her small team have been working for months on QUADSSVMAG.COM on which she gives an insight.

"This website does not compare to other existing quads and ssv websites. Quadssvmag.com has a very strong identity thanks to a very evident iconography, photos and videos. The website talks about quad ssv travels, adventures, discoveries, excursions, also competitions, in small doses, with the Dakar being the climax.
