Posted: May 14, 2015
Jessica Kahal is a sports enthusiast who has been practicing scuba diving for more than 12 years. She is a licensed scuba instructor with over 2500 dives. Scuba diving can be defined as swimming underwater using Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA). For her, diving is an amazing way to relax, and she started learning diving when she was doing her higher studies. Jessica's areas of specialization, include Cold Water Diving, Equipment Low Visibility, and Nitrox Wreck General Diving. She has taught adults as well as children, and has instructed courses involving deep water diving, altitude diving, ice diving, and more. A diver can stay underwater for a long time using a cylinder containing compressed gas to breathe. This cylinder generally contains air, but at times, other gases can also be present.
Jessica describes that scuba diving is of different types, including recreational, technical, commercial, and military. The majority of divers are recreational divers, and this kind of diving is done for enjoyment. A few divers love looking at coral and fish, but there are a variety of specialized areas of scuba diving. Jessica Kahal tells that after open water certification, one can complete courses in all kinds of specialties, which are not limited to wreck diving, night diving, navigation, deep diving, underwater naturalism, fish identification, videography, photography, ice diving, cave diving, rescue diving, and altitude diving.
She is an expert scuba diver, and is able to answer questions related to diving education, diver training, and general diving techniques. Jessica can also give advice on the selection and use of proper dive equipment, diving equipment repair, and general maintenance of dive equipment. In addition to this, she can offer suggestions on buoyancy control and air conservation techniques. She is a member of many renowned Diving associations, including International Resort and Retailer Association, Divers Alert Network (DAN), and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).
Jessica Kahal can dive anywhere she can find water. More than 2/3rd of the planet is covered with water, so an individual can dive almost anywhere. She tells that Tropical coral reefs are the most popular diving destinations among recreational divers, but there are a multitude of other wonderful things to see in cold water environments like rivers, lakes, and quarries. She thinks that some careless or untrained divers cause damage to the underwater ecosystem, so she requests people to take care of underwater environment, as well.
