When an individual gets hurt, he/she experiences a pain. Then even when they do not have swelling in hands or feet, they feel that they do have it. The fibromyalgia therapy can be brought about by lifestyle alterations, stress management and medications. The fibromyalgia therapy involves, regular exercises, relaxation modalities, pursuing meditation, physical therapy and medications. Swimming, exercising, or sitting in a heated pool of water has also been recommended to gain relief from the symptom.
