We LOVED Michelle Heaton’s gorgeous summer-ready look at Now’s star-studded party last night.

The 35-year-old sported an enviable glow as she arrived with good friend Katie Price at the Now Smart Girls Fake It Summer Party in association with Superdrug, held at London’s Kanaloa.

It turns out Michelle’s bronzed look was all down to clever contouring work that she did herself – pretty impressive work! The technique – which enhances facial structure through subtle highlighting – is popular with celebs such as Kim Kardashian and Helen Flanagan.

The mum-of-two reveals the inspiration behind her look was based on the theme of our event – summer!

• Because it’s a summer party, I thought that I could do something really fresh, summery, bronzey, with a little bit of light contouring,’ she explains.

In the video Michelle talks us through each step of her routine, beginning with a high definition foundation which she blends with a beauty balm to create a dewy finish. This acts as good preparation for the contour work.

The Liberty X star continues to share some fab hints and tricks along the way as she adds eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara before beginning the contouring.

Lovely Michelle shows that the look doesn’t have to take ages to achieve as her tutorial is just 10 minutes long. We think you’ll agree that the sun-kissed finished look is gorge.

Going for a natural look like this has added benefits during party season too. Michelle shows off her adorable mini bag in the footage and points out that she doesn’t need to carry much make-up to reapply, meaning she can bring a smaller clutch to the do.
