2015 – The Year of Allworth

The year 2015 is proving to be a rather exciting year for us in Allworth Homes. There are more fantastic property developments In the pipeline – all with brand new designs and interesting showrooms.

Here at Allworth, we take customer feedback seriously and use these as a key driver for more competitive designs. We make an effort to get to know their needs in order to offer what the majority looks for in a home.

This blog looks into the target milestones for 2015.

Transparent Pricing

While monitoring and responding to client feedback is a priority, we at Allworth also consider competitve pricing as very important. More and more customers are after a flawless path to purchase, added value and fair pricing for big investments such as a house. In line with this, Allworth Homes launched a new campaign titled ‘Imagine this home on your land.’ This follows our ‘what you see is what you get’ principle, and showcases the properties as is. This is for us to eliminate confusion and uncalled for surprises when opting to get a home.

This campaign was first introduced in 2014, but will continue to be adopted in 2015 as more and more people visit our display centers for price inquiries. We will ensure to offer quality options that fit within their budget and lifestyle.

More Display Villages

A total of three new villages are due to be opened this 2015. The first and biggest of these is our Willowdale Village located in Southwest Sydney. Two brand new home designs will be showcased in this showroom – the photos and floor plans of which, we are very excited to share. We will update this blog as soon as they become available to the public.

We will also be launching another display village in Oran Park Town. The property is in the final stages of development, and we are looking forward to see what comes out of it. Set to launch before the end of the year, this site will feature two brand new home designs.

Lastly, Homeworld II will be added as our site in the Hunter. The old village will be closed down to make way for brand new home designs. We are scheduled to have four concepts on display in September.

More Innovative Designs

Allworth is known to be sensitive to market trends, and with all these new trends come more innovative design concepts. Our 2015 offerings are a reflection of what’s happening in the indutry to date – lot sizers become smaller and land widths are reduced. Nevertheless, we will ensure that these will never compromise your comfort and design requirement.

For some concepts, there will be upscale facades but smaller design finishes to accommodate people who are moving away from big floor plans due to budget limitations. We are recognizing that more and more potential buyers would rather spend on aesthetics than bigger space.

There will be a lot more details to be shared as the year progresses.
