It has been an increasingly progressive issue world wide and especially in India. India being a populated country with increased urbanization and industrialization these days is subjected to drastic change in terms of practices, civilization that in turn adding pressure on the life style of men.Though the problem or issue with male infertility looks very light on the outset but most people doesn't sense it in a social context like in the case of female infertility. Is a problem of adding up a burden both psychologically, emotionally, physically on male patients. Men might be suffering from various issues related to sexual health that range from testicular, azospermia, scrotal cancer, sexually transmitted disorders, weakness, sperm abnormalities etc.

As per Indian picture at least 6% of men of age groups 15-44 years are either temporarily or permanently infertile. Men related infertility has been linked with aspects like environmental factors, pollution, genetic, occupation, stress, food and lifestyle. Most importantly bad habits like alcohol, smoking has been one of the known issues looking rigid because of its uncontrolled nature.

In many cases unexplained infertility is the other factor that still looks unclear on the health ground because cause cannot be clearly ruled out in these cases. Margin of loss is more in case of male infertility.Males generally undergo lot of stress that might be linked with loss, damage, poverty, failure, life issues etc but all can have reproductive failure like erectile dysfunction, weakness, loss of interest in sexuality etc.

Data supports there is lot of impact of emotional stress on the female’s reproductive health but in case of men it is still looking messy.testosterone and men’s androgens are directly related to the stress levels and types he faced.Things like occupation, working style, food, habits are the highlighting factors in men.Men spends time with electronic gadgets, harmful toxins, radiotoxic agents are in such a great risk to face, but as such no Strong evidences that really talk about this issue.
