Uttar Pradesh:

Awadhi and Mughlai are the two main cuisines of the state of Uttar Pradesh. The most popular dishes come from Lucknow, the City of Nawabs. It is a major hub for kebabs, biryani, chaats, and much more. Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal, also has in store a range of delicacies for its guests. From the Petha (a mouth-watering sweetmeat) to Dal Moth (a spicy lentil mix), the city is a treat for the foodies.
