This is because, even one single customer who is poisoned, he or she can deal a big blow to the establish.

As the owner or manager of a hotel or restaurant, you are in charge of health of customers who take food in your establishment. Similarly, as a waiter, you have a responsibility when it comes to maintaining safety in workplace.
