A paperback book is a type of book characterized with a paperboard cover held together by glue. In other words, though the covers vary, the length of pages and the size of books vary less or not at all as well as the pagination (the number of page). The latter is important for students and reviewers when looking up at references in order not to get lost between the primary copy (hardcover) and the second copy (softcover or paperback). This type uses best quality paper.

4. Trade Paperback Comics

Very similar to trades, it is used to reprint comics and other graphic novels in new formats.
