Tip #8. Breathing.

You should breathe properly before falling asleep. There are different methods. One of the most spread and recommended is alternate nostril breathing that is based on yoga practices. It makes you calm and relaxed and promotes better sleeping.

There are also other tips, such as eliminating caffeine after the noon, listening to the classical music or taking a warm bath before going to bed.
