The Ideal Low Budget House

A house is one such word that gives different interpretations to people; it varies from one person to another. Every one of us has our own dream of having a house for us. But when we see the prices that are mentioned in the ads we might think that buying a house is a distant star for us. We might go for a used property thinking that a new house is not affordable. But the reality is different. There are new flats for sale in Chennai that are affordable yet provided with all amenities. In recent days, low budget flats in Chennai are gaining more popularity. We might have our own picture of the budget houses but it would turn out to be a great surprise when we see the budget houses in real. Yes, with rising demands and trends in the city, it is possible to have a budget flat in the central locality of the city and with good number of amenities.

A builder can sustain in the market only when they frequently update with the recent trends in the market, hence it is always ideal to go for a reputed builder. When we rummage through the brochures of the reputed builder it will make sense to the buyers. But one cannot be very certain about the prices of the budget homes for it is decided only by the market forces. Now we could buy a house of our own choice for even 25lakhs and lesser than that and these are called low budget homes. The average size of the low budget house would be from 975 to 1163 sq. feet, it would be generally a mix of 1 and 2 bhk. Generally parking and mini play areas will be within the community. There is also a choice of Mid- ranged budget homes which will cost from 25 lakhs to 50 lakhs. The average size of the house would be from 1144 to 1240 sq.ft. With the mid-range budget homes comes enclosed perimeter, mini paly areas, parking, pathway, swimming pool, garden and club house.

But all the mentioned aspects are possible only when we approach a good and quality builder who provides us with all the amenities even in low budget house. It is highly advisable to have a healthy relationship with the developer so as to get frequent updates about the project as well as the market rates and changes in the locality.
