It is widely said that natural and whole-grain flour is more beneficial than any other type of food. When we implement it in our day-to-day routine, we can easily justify why most of the people consider including wheat and Maida in their diet. Indeed, these two grains are rich with all ingredients required for a wholesome life. If done properly and occupying the most beneficial parts, these flours can be extremely beneficial for a wholesome life. In general process in which wheat and Maida are produced, only the innermost part is included in the final outcome. This part is indeed a great source of protein and carbohydrate, but it is not rich enough in vitamins and fiber.
