A single investor can join the group and can buy the property easily. The company that is operating the group’s investment is however responsible for maintenance, interviewing the tenants and advertizing the vacant property to get hired.   • Trading in Real Estate: This investment is simple, yet untamed. To keep the status as REIT, it is essential that a corporation must pay 90 percent of taxable profits in the form of bonuses. By doing so, REITs evade paying commercial income tax.
