These days there are also booking engines incorporated into the website, so I could directly book with the hotel, not needing to go through any of the travel agencies or online travel portals. The hotel staff I talked to was courteous, and did not seem pushy at all like some do when trying to get the patrons to book a bigger room. As a parting shot, the person also said they are looking forward to having me with them, and it seemed so sincere that I am sure my stay and my conference would be a grand success for sure.
