There are two towering cliffs on either sides of the beach and a coral reef in the ocean.

It is a great attraction for photographers and surfers. However, swimming here is dangerous due to the strong undercurrents.

Andromeda Botanic Gardens: The Andromeda Botanic Gardens, spanning to 6.5 acres, houses a huge collection of tropical plants from all over the world. It is located on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and features interesting trails for visitors to explore the area. Rare species of succulents and palm trees, breadfruit trees and the large bearded fig trees are the main highlights here. The picturesque garden is also a great place to indulge in bird watching.

Welchman Hall Gully: If you a true nature lover, don’t forget to include the Welchman Hall Gully in your Barbados trip. This three-quarter mile long gully houses a wide range of the most exotic tropical plants and trees. It was formed by the collapsed roofs of caves and is indeed an unexpected surprise and a true delight for travellers.

Harrison's Cave: This beautiful and unique cave is undoubtedly the island’s most famous attraction. It is a supreme example of the phenomenon of nature with stalactites hanging from the roof and stalagmites emerging from the ground of the crystallised limestone cavern. The amazing shapes offer an amazing sight.
