Code of conduct is necessary for the proper functionality of the organization in terms of welfare, profit, friendly environment among employees and benefit of the customer. A code of conduct is generally a set of rules outlining the responsibilities of or proper practices of an individual, party or organization. Code of conduct includes guidelines and procedures according to which an individual, party or organization work or functions.
One other thing which most of the organizations adopt is code of ethics which assist members in understanding the difference between ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ and applying that understanding to their decisions. Code of ethics implies documents at three levels; code of conduct is among them.

But there are certain parties or organizations which disturbs you every day with their promotional calls, messages and emails. Many a times a customer gets frustrated by such instincts and might not able to continue with same organization for future.
With increase in population and also to ensure safe and proper working environment, code of conduct and code of ethics is necessary. This way employee will have a good knowledge about all the procedures to perform any work. Every organization whether small or big should gather information of their clients and employees through Know Your Customer scheme. Any misleading information should be brought to notice and proper actions should be taken.
