In today’s stressful life every person is under the effect of stress. Whether it is a child or an old person, everyone is stressed due to one or other bad happening in their life. Thus to reduce this problem some Mindfulness based stress reduction exercises were introduced. Mindfulness is what is required if you wish to learn the art of living. Mindfulness is what makes you see what you actually are from inside. These exercises are really effective as these exercises are psychologically approved to reduce stress.

Exercise is a base of healthy body. Brain is no different as it is also to be developed like muscles by doing exercises. Thus, to tackle this hectic life everyone needs some exercises which are useful in such situations. These exercises must be followed by everyone so as to have a stress free life. In today’s busy life, everyone needs to give some time to them self to live a peaceful life. Some of these stress reduction exercises are stated below:

Observe Breath- Whenever you are stressed, just start observing your breath in & out. Feel the changes occurring during that. Just think of whatever you feel about this process & try to go deep so that you forget your worries.

Focus around- Focus on things around like objects, their shapes, sizes, how will they be made etc. This helps to shift your mind from ill thoughts & thus release stress instantly. You just have to avoid judgments about the object.

Observe nature- Whenever you are stressed; just start observing the nature & surroundings around you. Activities like listening to birds chirping, feeling the wind, observing people etc. This will help you to feel good about the nature & know what awesome things are available around you. Nature is a quite great stress reliever.

Walking- Take a walk outside forgetting everything, just feeling the wind, your feet touching the floor, thinking about good things in your life etc. Walking on a bit wet grass, bare-footed is also very stress relieving. Walking around & observing everything around reduces stress instantly.

Meditation- Meditation is all about relaxation of your mind & soul. Meditation involves sitting in a silent isolated place, where there is no disturbance. You just have to control your thoughts & avoid negative thoughts. This is to be done for 20-30 minutes a day. This helps to relax the mind by flushing out extra bad thoughts from your mind.

Thus, these exercises are really helpful in stress reduction. These create an active & calm mind which is quite strong. This helps you to handle pressure situations damn easily. The frustrations of daily routine can be avoided with these exercises & thus, a good life can be enjoyed. Because of tensions & worries, the behavior & personality of a person changes, which in turn lead to short temper & spoiled relations (business as well as personal). These exercises should be followed on a daily basis so as to live a great stress free life.
