Wedding is a day that not just brings in but tons of responsibilities that needs to be carried out in a synchronized flow. Now in this discussion I am not just speaking about post-marriage responsibilities rather I am speaking about the responsibility to even carry out a success wedding function. For any such even to be a big success it is needed that the things flow in the way it has been decided and a wedding day timeline is one of the best options that fit in.

Emplacing on a wedding day timeline, it is even necessary to take a wise step in preparing the timeline. The most important is to make it practical, in other words if you assign one hour on travelling then don’t forget that a bad traffic day may make it two hours also. So in the similar frame we need to decide how the day should start and what things should follow.   • Furthermore, it’s your wedding, so your timeline is more important than the timeline of a videographer or a photographer. So it’s better to get ready with your timeline first and then employ a videographer or photographer accordingly.

  • Now if you know the tendency of the guests, then you even know that they have a tendency to be late. So it’s better to schedule the start time of your function around 15 minutes to thirty minutes earlier so that you can expect them to be exactly on time.

  • Also get the beauty and hair dressers ready in advance to avoid last moment chaos for the bride’s makeup.

  • Also keep coordination with the coordinators to ask for necessary things during the event, this may avoid chaos.
