  1. Mahabaleshwar Temple

The hill station of Mahabaleshwar gets its name from the superior deity "Mahabali", who presides over this popular Hindu sanctuary. Committed to Lord Shiva, the temple is supported by a five feet tall stone wall on its sides and is isolated into a God-chamber and a focal lobby. A point of interest of Mahabaleshwar, this sanctuary is frequented by local people and religious sightseers consistently.

2. Elephant’s Head Point

Elephant's Head Point is a standout amongst the most prevalent vantage points in Mahabaleshwar. The overhanging bluffs of this point resemble the head and trunk of an elephant. You can get a stunning view of the Sahyadri mountain range from this point. Sightseers can reach the Elephant’s Head Point by taking a horse ride from the stopping range. This vantage point is the compelling end of the mountain range and lies past the Lodwick Point.

3. Pratapgarh Fort

The Pratapgarh Fort is a striking tourist spot and a critical historic landmark in Mahabaleshwar. Set up in 1856, the uber acclaimed post rings a commonplace name. Around 20 km from Mahabaleshwar, the Pratapgarh Fort was built on the orders of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja. If you look at the fort from a distance, the fort appears like a high, rounded hill slope. It is situated at an altitude of around 1000 m above sea level.

4. Venna Lake

Venna Lake is a prominent pool of Mahabaleshwar, on account of its verdure surroundings and shimmering water. With a length of 2.5 m and the accessibility of sculling and fishing, the lake lets everyone appreciate the peacefulness of its water, while devouring nature's abundance. There are also strawberry bushes that encompass the spot, with horses jogging close-by. This makes it exceptionally famous among travelers, particularly kids.

5. Chinaman’s Falls

Located in Mahabaleshwar, the falls make for an amazing sight with the water gushing down the rough mountains. This spot is perfect for holidaying and gives a marvelous perspective of the gorgeous Koyna Valley. It got its name from the Chinese who took care of these falls in the olden times. Chinaman’s Falls, along with a few more waterfalls make for the most amazing places to visit in Mahabaleshwar, that are not just beautiful to look at but are amazing sites to spend some time in tranquility.
