Thehectic and more complex life-styles that people are living in this era have compelled them for relying on fast and junk food for being recharged within ultra-short duration of time. A hazardous outcome, our society is facing with large number of cases of obesity, heart-attack, diabetes, cancer and many more.
In most of the cases, people only get aware of their obesity and irregular body shape problem, but other diseases can silently grow inside you also. When people get concerned of their situation they try to retain their shape by hook or by crook, but fails most of the times. The reason is lack of determination and understanding of the procedure to follow.
There are few ways to burn up your fat fast by paying attention to these facts and follow some rules.
Weight loss depend on metabolism
If you are fed up running whole city, day and night without losing an ounce of your weight, do not get disappointed. Because losing fat and weight depends on someone’s metabolism. A child has a higher rate of metabolism than an elder one. Similarly women have a lower metabolism than a man. So first you need to understand yourself and have some patience.
Make your daily routine disciplined
Consider yoga, a good habit of practicing early during the day. As yoga increases ones metabolism, which can be helpful in doing loads of work with tirelessness, it also has some postures which is dedicated for fat and weight loss. So start your day with yoga and follow a balanced routine, it would relieve you from tiredness and you can achieve your goal with small targets like taking staircase in spite of elevator, taking bicycle for small ride rather than bus or car, and so on.
Consider Ayurveda
According to Ayurveda, obesity and fat-accumulation is a case of acidic food consumption by a person in high quantities over a prolonged period of time. So you get unshaped only when you eat loads of oily, buttery junkfood only, because these are acidic in nature. So to achieve acid-base equilibrium of your body you should take balancing amount of alkaline/basic food to that of acidic. Examples are green-leafy vegetables along with ones with a bitter taste like gourd, bitter gourd, pumpkin, etc. Spices are good too as most of them are basic in nature.
Join a Bootcamp
Training in a bootcamp is growing as a culture now-a-days. If you have any weight-loss plan, this place can be very efficient for you. The reason is that they have ex-military personnel or highly skilled trainers for you to coach during the course.Many times we lack determination in doing regular exercise; they are the one who can bring that out of you during their 4-6 weeks of course. Also all you do this in group session, where you get tuned with people facing same situation.
Many people accept their fate that they will remain unshaped and feel defeated. But if you follow your course of a disciplined life with regular exercise and yoga filled with balanced and basic food oriented diet, you can lose weight fast and retain a good physique.
