Everyone wants a healthy and sound life. However, in today’s fast paced world, having a healthy life is a delusion for many people. No one has time to invest in their health, as everyone is busy earning money and following a tight daily schedule. Basically, for a healthy living, there are no strict rules. Just some time spend on mediating, exercising and healthy eating. Yet the impact on achieving your health goals will be significant.

Here is an overview of Daily Routine For Healthy Life.

Precise time for waking up and going to bed. Therefore it hardly matters if it is a working day or the weekend, stick to your daily routine of sleeping and waking up. Waking up before sunrise will increase the quality of your life and make you feel more balanced and laid back.

Start with a prayer. When you start your day, start with an attitude of graditude. Touch the ground when you get out from your bed. There are blessings, we often forget to appreciate. This is the best opportunity to memorize those and pay homage.

Have warm lemon water. Every morning, gently cleansing your palate, and waking up your digestion can help you to start a fresh day. Tea and coffee are too over stimulate and harsh. They drain the energy of the kidney and cause constipation.

Staying positive by thinking positive. Look yourself in the mirror and say out loud is the best.

Clean your mouth and face. Use a high quality astringent, pungent and bitter toothpaste. Ensure to floss daily and after swishing it, ensure to rub sesame oil on your gums for at least 1 minute.

Exercise once a day. It is a basic ingredient for daily routine for healthy life! Everybody should get out and walk 30 minutes a day and interact with Mother Nature (10,000 steps a day). Yoga unwinds, fortifies and enhances course and prana. Activity to half limit or until you starts to sweat.

Make yourself a healthy breakfast. This meal of the day is special and should comprise of nourishments high in prana and sattva that are light in the late spring and warming in the fall, winter and spring. Eat a lot of crisp greens in a protein smoothie to truly commence your day right.

Prepare for bed time. Clean your face and teeth, rub your feet and scalp with oil whole doing a short pardoning rehearse/petition to God and rest.

Today, stress and depression has laid an impact of everyone’s life. People are having problems in sleeping, socializing, exercising and eating. These problems seem small, but can increase spiral of depression. By making small alterations to your daily routine, you can have a healthy life. Keep in mind that Rome wasn't inherent a day nor was a daily routine for healthy life!
