Are You Ready To Head Out To These Panic Rooms?
Posted: Apr 28, 2016
Before you hit the panic button, these rooms are really not meant to make you panic. Rather they have been constructed for the sole purpose of entertainment, fun and team building. This is one idea that has been taking the city of Washington DC by storm as more and more companies are lining up to participate in such events to boost team spirit and team work. Here’s a look at some of the rooms that you can expect to see.
The Library (Sherlock’s Study)
If you are as smart as Sherlock Holmes then this is the test for you. In this room a lot of things that seem disconnected have been placed as a part of the décor. To most people it would seem like a random selection of memorabilia but to Sherlock Holmes it all comes together in a pattern. Only the smartest person in the room will be able to figure out what the pattern is. Your reward: Join The League of the Masters of Elementary Deduction.
The Gameroom
This room has hidden objects that need to be uncovered. It is essential that all the objects be found, otherwise the dreadful Professor Moriarty will win. This is an excellent game for teams where they will be able to work together to uncover the clues; it can be an excellent ice breaking session.
The Infirmary
An elite team of surgeons are locked up in the operating room and a patient is going to die if surgery is not performed immediately. Can you perform the heart surgery? You need to follow the clues very carefully and complete all tasks before the patient expires. This one is a heart stopping thriller but totally worth the time you spend inside.
The President’s Bunker
You are locked up inside the President’s Bunker under the White House. In 60 minutes your captor is going to launch a plan to destroy the world and dominate it. The clock is ticking and you need to figure out the clues to put a stop to this plan. Can you do it?
Sherlock’s Elementary School (Only for Kids)
This room is only for kids between the ages of 9 and 12. The kids will be locked inside the classroom and discover clues that will help them come out. Can they be Sherlock’s next protégé?
All the rooms, though intense, are very safe. The clues and tasks are prepared after a lot of careful consideration and tested before being deployed for teams.
