Until recently, many promoters and constructers have shifted their focus to affordable homes. Some call it budget homes, some innovate new names like happiness hub or bachat homes. Whatever the name, whatever the strategy the common feature to look forward in this kind of township or apartments is the discounted rates they offer. Going along the simple marketing trend of reducing the rate as per competition has although definitely benefitted middle class and their target audience in a profuse way.
