Paul Iulo Holds Expertise in Managing Fire Safety Operations

Paul Iulo is a seasoned professional from the NYPD who is expert in handling fire safety operations. He holds expertise in crisis management, security training, security management, crime prevention, emergency management, asset protection, law enforcement, executive protection, and personal security. After finishing his training from the New York Police Academy, he started working at the New York Police Department.

Initially, he joined the NYC police department as a Police Officer and was later promoted to Detective for his excellent performance. Here he planned, organized and conducted investigations to a wide range of accusations. He secured crime scenes, collected evidence, interrogated suspects; interviewed informants, victims and witnesses. He also testified in criminal, family and the Supreme Court as needed. After collecting and completing all the details, he updated and maintained accurate case files.

From 2010 to 2011, Paul Iulo served International Protective Security Agency as Fire Safety Director. In this organization, he had the responsibility of observing more than 10 employees and various subcontractors. He managed and oversaw the full scope of security operations for studio and various productions. He also handled all fire alarms and investigated all odors including gas and smoke. In addition, he inspected fire extinguishers, emergency lights, sprinklers systems, standpipes, exit ways, and construction areas on daily basis.

He worked with Metropolitan Arts & Antiques as Security Manager. He served the organization for 8 years with an array of responsibilities. He worked closely with clients and event planners to create effective security procedures. He handled the security aspects for various events including trade shows, corporate functions, business conferences, and private parties hosting up to 5,000 guests. He also directed more than 15 employees apart from subcontractors. Besides this, he oversaw the loading/unloading of equipment; and assured full compliance with quality assurance standards and regulations.

At present, Paul Iulo is serving Industry City as the Building Supervisor. Owing to his role, he conducts and evacuates drills; tests and maintains fire alarm systems. He maintains all logs associated with Building 19 Industry City Bush Terminal Brooklyn Nets Training Facility. He inspects fire extinguishers, emergency lights, sprinklers systems, standpipes, exit ways and construction areas on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.

In his leisure, he likes to indulge in sports activities as he has great interest in football, hockey and baseball. Besides playing, he also supports and encourages his kids to play various sports. He also works as a fund raiser and has raised over $10,000.00 in donations for his kids’ baseball program in Holmdel, NJ.
