Highly Effective Yoga Poses For Diabetes Rescue

Diabetics the name refers to control beyond age as this lead to the rise of many complications into your body from teenage to any stage. As the number of diabetes patients are increasing and expecting to cross 100 millions in near future medical science research gets more alert. The various research found and declare that doing exercises regularly can help in glucose fasting and cholesterol in level. Yoga is found to be most effective and prehistoric method to control blood sugar levels. Various yoga postures help directly stimulate pancreas and rejuvenate the ability to produce insulin. Since ancient times this fitness regime is the best way to control anything from mind, body to major health issues.

In the body insulin causes diabetes when it does not get response from blood cells. Exercising helps in increasing the proper flow of body blood circulations it also reduces daily stress to glucose level in blood. So before going for any medication spare some time to keep your mind, body and everything in control through trying out this Yoga poses which is very helpful specially for controlling diabetes.

YOGA POSE PRANAYAM – One of the most ancient and very useful yoga exercise for mind, nerves, oxygenating blood and proper circulation. Pranayam is best breathing technique but before doing it should be consulted practically with some yoga learned. If you know the basics of yoga you can practise below instructions carefully.

Procedure :- Sit in the Padmasana stage or fold or cross leg with back straight. Then put your chin in a position parallel to the ground. Keep your palms on your knees facing upwards and with a calmmind close your eyes.

Now next start breathing in deeply and hold breathes till 5 counts. After this breathe out slowly. You have to repeat the same breathing method 8 to 10 times.

Last put your palms together and start rubbing them for warm up than place those warm palms on your eyes. Nowit’s time to open up your eyes and feel the freshness.

YOGA POSE VRIKSHASANA – This pose helps in pancreas stimulation of hormonal secretion.

Procedure :- In standing position keep your both feet’s close while all other parts should be straight like legs, hand and knees after this slowly put your right foot on left thighs just like a right angle. If this position is not comfortable than keep your foot on thigh of other leg, wherever you feel comfortable. The main thing is you have to keep the balance while putting right toe downwards, balancing whole body on the left leg.

Next join your palms bring in front of the chest slightly body in upward direction. Start moving your hands in joining position to overheads. Take your arms over your head it should be slightly in bent position.

Stand straight in relaxing position for about few seconds. Inhale and exhale normally. Now bring your hands back in front of the chest in the same way you take it up. Bring you right leg back in the normal position. Repeat the same procedure with your other leg 2 to 3 times.

YOGA POSE DHANURASANA – This yoga pose helps in better execution of intestines and pancreas, controlling levels of blood sugar and also helps in better functioning of various organs.

Procedure :- Lie down on stomach stretching your feet and hip as much as you can keep arms in the side. Holding your ankles fold your knees. Lift your chest a little bit from the ground with breathing in. pull legs back and up. And with a relaxing smiling face look straight. Keep in the position and pay attention to your breath. This is like a bow pose. Continuously take a deep breathe while relaxing in the same position. Exhale after 15-20 seconds bringing legs and chest and ankles back in the normal position touching the ground.

YOGA POSE VRAJRASANA – This helps in relaxing mind and controlling blood glucose level this is helpful in stimulating digestion.

Procedure :- On the yoga mat kneel down in such a way that your foot touches the mat and heels pointing up. Put your butt on your heels and your heels should be on either side of anus. Next this put your palms on your knees, in downward direction. Being stable in this position deeply take breathe and close your eyes. Relax.

YOGA POSE HALASANA – This also helps in activation of immune system and all internal organs, improves the functioning of kidney and liver and strengthens the abdomen muscles.

Procedure :- Lie down on your back with hands beside you, palms facing downwards. Lift the feet off the floor using abdominal muscles as you inhale. Raise vertically your both legs at an angle of 90 degree. Breathe continuously supporting with your hands both hips and back, lift slightly from the ground. Take your legs to sweep in a 180 degree angle above your head up till the toes touch the ground. Back should be perpendicular to the floor. Breathe steadily in the stable pose and let your body and mind relax. Rest in this pose for few seconds or minutes than don’t give a jerk, slightly bring down your legs exhaling.

YOGA POSE SETU BANDHASANA – This yoga helps in controlling blood pressure, relax the mind and body, improves digestion also gives relief during women menopause. Avoid this pose when having neck or back problems.

Procedure :- Lie with feet’s flat on the yoga mat. Exhale and start push ups from the floor with feet. Keeping head and neck flat on the floor, start raising your body up and bring it in the air. Hands can be used for this purpose. If you want to stretch more use your fingers as hook to raise the back. Don’t overexert.

YOGA POSE ARDHA MATSYENDRASANA – Besides controlling blood glucose level this is helpful in stimulating digestion and crush out toxins.

Procedure :- Sit down stretching your legs on the floor or carpet. Fold the right leg and let its heel touching the knee of left legs. Bring your right hand to the backside of waist inside place your palm on the floor spreading it inside. Than take the left hand towards the right knee and hold the right ankle with left hand twisting head and shoulder towards right side looking straight to the shoulder of right side.
