Posted: Jun 08, 2016
The Degree and Credit Transfer Office provides several of services to help learners to continue the amount and learning at St Clements University or other organizations, including research and program assistance, information classes, advisement classes and on-campus events.
To learners seeking a first bachelor’s degree, the Office of Admissions prizes transfers credit according to the guidelines discussed here. An admission reserves the right to agree to or decline credits gained at other organizations of higher education. In general, it is University policy to agree to credits gained at organizations fully approved by their local accrediting association for colleges and universities, provided that such credits have been gained through university-Degree programs appropriate to the student’s degree program at the Pebble Hills University. Exclusions are mentioned under Notable Limitations on Transfer Credit and Courses Receiving No Credit.
Your Credit Transfer Degree will be analyzed once you implement for entrance and your formal transcripts have arrived. You will then acquire instructions from the Office of Admittance to spot your program. This correspondence includes your UO ID and PAC (Personal Access Code) numbers that you can use to sign in. Once your credits have been articulated, you will get an e-mail from the Office of the Domain registrar to inform you to sign in to see how your credits will transfer and how they will implement towards a Degree at the UO.
Coursework successfully completed at other colleges and universities recognized by the six local accrediting organizations will be considered for transfer credit. Candidates will get the test of transferrable credits with their offer of the entrance.
There are no most of credits that can be moved from a domestically approved four-year university or higher education. Students may transfer a large variety of credits to clear degree requirements, but only 124 credits from younger or group colleges and universities will be mentioned toward the count of credits needed for the degree (of this only 90 credits may be moved from an international junior college). Remember that learners must earn the lowest variety of upper department credits (62) in order to graduate student. Therefore, learners who transfer the full 124 credits from a higher education will ultimately graduate student with more than the needed lowest 180 credits for the BA or BS degrees.
