Society has a lot of expectations from us. When we fail to meet our own expectations, we can let go of it and move on, but more often than not, when we fail to meet the expectations of the society, it holds on to it and tries its level best to taunt us into getting its way somehow. Such options may help lose those extra pounds, no doubt, but we find that we gain the lost pounds faster than we had shed them, and at times, faster than we first gained them.
