Summery Dress With Floral Print

I am pretty sure Alex and I had three glasses of limoncello before we were told that it was an alcoholic drink. Sure, I had heard of limoncello before but in the form of a slushy, it was so refreshing that we simply gulped it down. Maybe that explains why we were in such a particularly good mood on C a p r i!

Today’s pictures were captured on out very first day on the island. We had booked a hotel room in the heart of Capri City and were thus able to reach many beautiful places on foot. I was very keen to visit the gardens of Augustus and to have a look at the Via Krupp. On our way to the view point we passed my favorite limoncello stall. At that point I still thought it was a non-alcoholic drink and therefore bought one without thinking!

I have to add that I rarely drink alcohol, which means that the limoncello must have had only little alcohol in it, otherwise I would have noticed it. I am wearing a summery dress with a floral print, which I discovered on Asos just before we left for Italy. The dress was such a good summerly find an it’s even 50% off at the moment: here. I added my small Valentino purse that I got at Monnier Freres and my beloved pair of Miu Miu ballerinas. That day I happened to pass a Miu Miu store and spotted a new print – I would have loved to buy it right there and then. Ballerinas are simply my favorites – comfortable but chic at the same time.

You might have realized that I have been a bit absent from snapchat the last days… Since we had been gone for a while and also because of my birthday, I spent a couple of days at my parents’ house to recharge before going on the next big trip. KLM invited me to a "dream destinations" project and therefore I will fly to Havana together with Alex next weekend. I am already very curious and I just can’t wait! Naturally, I will try my best to upload as many Italy posts during the next days as possible, while making plans for Havana at the same time. If you have any tips, I would loooooove to hear them!
