Get Your Gmail Account Synchronized With Outlook Account Easily With This Quick Steps

  • Now in the "Incoming Mail (POP3 or IMAP) Server" field type in "imap.gmail.com" and "smtp.gmail.com" in "Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server" field.
  • Once you do that, click "Next" and enter your e-mail address in the "Account Name" field along with account password in the "Password" field.
  • Click "Next" and highlight the "imap.gmail.com" icon in the "Internet Accounts" window.
  • Now click on "Properties" button first and then click on the "Servers" tab.
  • In their, check the "My server requires authentication" box and then click on "Advanced" tab.
  • Also check the "This Server Requires a Secure Connection (SSL)" box.
  • Now under "Outgoing Server (SMTP)" field, type "465" and under "Incoming Server (IMAP)" field type "993".
  • Click on "OK" and then click on "Close".
  • Shortly a window will appear to ask if you want to download Gmail folders from the server. Click "Yes" and wait till synchronizing finishes.
