Unfortunately, many men tend to think their grooming routine should be limited by getting barbering services and washing their face once a day. We are here to ensure you this is not true. Here are 4 elements of personal grooming most men often forget about!

1. Undereye Care

Remember all of the stuff on your wife's or girlfriend’s vanity? Well, these are grooming products she requires to stay looking young and fresh. Now look at your shelf. There might be a larger amount of hair care items, but I bet there are not nearly enough skincare ones. Even if you remember to cleanse and moisturize your skin on a daily basis, this is not going to give you the desired effect. Purchase a couple of night and day eye creams and use those too. They will protect and revitalize the thin and sensitive skin as well as prevent its aging and wrinkling.

2. Exfoliation

Be honest, how many times a week do you exfoliate your skin? We are talking about both your face and your body. The exfoliation of the former will keep your skin fresh and pimple-free, while the latter will make it softer as well as prevent irritation and ingrown hair after manscaping. Invest in a nice face scrub and a high-quality loofah and get rid of the nasty dead skin cells!

3. Hair Treatments

Getting you mane cut and gelled is not enough. Believe it or not, but your hair needs nourishment and moisture too! You have three options here. You can go to your regular barber and ask them for a professional treatment, you can purchase the products and do it yourself, or you can look up some DIY hair masks. Some are more expensive, some are less, but all three of them are pretty effective.

4. Facial Masks

Keeping you mug clean and exfoliated is enough in many cases; however, if you want to protect your handsome face from aging, you might also consider trying out different facial masks. Just like with your mane, these can be either professional and done at special salons or homemade and used in the privacy of your bathroom. Fortunately for you, there is a wide range of products, which have multiple purposes and are suitable for different skin types. A lot of them are designed specifically for men, so you don’t have to be embarrassed if someone sees you buying them. A lot of them have a pretty masculine packaging too!

Don’t forget about these 4 elements of personal grooming and you’ll be able to stay just as handsome for a little bit longer!
