1. Smoking And Drinking (Not To Mention Drugs)

If most of guys of your age look way better than you do, then you should probably cut down on the smoking and drinking. These two things are the main reason you can find yourself looking like hell even though you are only 30+. Both alcohol and nicotine mess up the quality of your skin, stain your teeth, and destroy your health in general. Noticed your midtown haircut started to recede? Well, blame your favorite cigarettes and excessive booze.

2. Bad Oral Hygiene

Brushing your teeth twice a day is vital; otherwise, you can get yourself more trouble than a yellowish tint. Clean your canines more than once on a daily basis and complete the oral care routine by flossing carefully as well as blasting the remains of the bacteria with mouthwash. All of it is needed if you want to prevent tooth decay, infection, and probable tooth fallout. Visit your dentist two times per year regardless whether you have any problems or not. These regular checkups can save your pearly whites in the long run.

3. Overexposure To The Sun

The UV rays are very damaging to your skin. The sunlight causes the texture of your epidermis to become rougher, as well as makes it wrinkle faster. Water is essential to your health and physical appearance. Drink at least 8 cups of it each day to avoid gaining weight, breaking out, and loosing hair.
