Windows Operating System

Data recovery is a process of accessing data from different sources like damaged hard drive, hidden files, corrupted file and other storage devices. A data can be images, videos, files, documents, Pdf contain valuable information. As data stored in hard drives in form of binary digit i.e (1,0). We store information in different storage devices like CD, DVD, Hard disk, flash drives etc. Nowadays we used a mostly hard disk as a storage medium as Capacity of hard disk increasing day by day.

A hard drive is a magnetic disk contain tracks and sectors store information related to devices. Tracks are a circular pattern on the hard disk and each sector store only 1-bit value(0,1). The first section of hard drive known as MBR. A Masted boot Record acts as the first section of the hard drive where the operating system file stored. Whenever we boot the system, the file stored in MBR section, transfer link to the Random Access Memory (RAM) and start loading the operating system.

There is another section called FAT(File Allocation Table) file, stored in the Hard disk. Which store information in a table foam, related to all the partition of disk storage. We can divide the disk storage in different drive C, D, and F drives.

File System

NTFS File Format: - In Window operating system has two different file system, FAT & NTFS (New Technology File System) to storing and retrieving the value from hard drives. The fat file system used in older version of Windows and has size compatibility issues. A FAT File system can allocate minimum 2 GB partition of each drive, and maximum up to 4 GB. Even does not provide more encryption file facility and use 8 bit for each character. An NTFS File system provides 16 GB partition size to each drive and more secure, reliable than FAT.

FAT File Format: - FAT follows an indexing pattern to store the value of data in different drives. It holds meta-data information related to drives. A FAT Database contains another file know as MFT (Master File table). An MFT file metadata value(file description, ex. created data, size, modification data) of each file.

The data can be deleted due to many issues, it can be related to damaged file partition, data deletion, power failures. Other Scenarios like malware or virus attack or manufacturing fault can be lead to data deletion.

Window Related Errors

There is some Operating system related errors lead to permanent deletion of data.

1. BSD(Blue Screen of death) = A BSD problem occurs when the window cannot recover from the critical error. Which can lead to loss of data, if data not saved properly? A BSD screen gives information about the crash and saves to disk.

How to solve BSD Problem?

a) Create Restore pointer.

b)Scan for Malware.

c) Boot in Safe mode.

d) Check for new updates.

e) Last Option- reinstall Window.

  1. Invalid Window application error: - This problem exists due to file are not compatible with window version or some file are missing.
  2. DLL file missing error: - Dynamic-link library file is used by other applications. If one of the DLL file not read by OS(Windows) can lead to.dll error.

Options available to solve dll file error:

a) Restart System

b) Undo recent system changes.

c) Use Free file recovery program.

  1. Out of Memory error
  2. Access denied error.
  3. Unable to load requested file.

To solve these hard drive data related problem we can use a different method. But the best and efficient method of resolving these errors too. And the software will recover complete data from your damaged hard drive. The free demo version of the software is available. Analyze the working of the software without investing.
