MAH MBA CET 2017 Application Form, Exam Date, Details

DTE Maharashtra has uploaded advertisement for conducting the state level entrance exam which is known as The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH-MBA CET 2017) will be conducted by DTE, Maharashtra in the month of March 2017 to provide seats for admission for MBA in the colleges of Maharashtra state. Eligibility Criteria

Students must have to fulfill the eligibility criteria as per term of conducting authority which will be allowed to write MAH MBA CET 2017. Students can check eligibility before filling the exam.

Must have Passed 3 year Bachelor’s Degree

The student needs to have citizenship of India.

General category should score 50% marks in Bachelor Degree & 45% marks for SC/ ST.

Students, who are appearing in Bachelor’s degree they can also apply for the exam.

MAH MBA CET 2017 Application Form

Application Form will be filled online by a student at the official website which will be issued by the DTE Maharashtra for MBA students. Students have to fill all the details and need to submit the application form before the last date set by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. Along with the application form, students have to pay the fee for submitting the application form which is as follows:

Rs.1000/ - for Open Category Students from and outside Maharashtra State/ J&K Migrant students and NRI/Foreign Nationals students.

Rs.800/ - for Backward Class Categories Students belonging to Maharashtra State only

Exam Pattern

MAH MBA CET will be conducted through online mode, in the month of March 2017. There will be multiple choice questions. Each question will carry four options, which will have only one option as the correct answer.

One mark will be awarded for correct answers. Any wrong answer attempted by the student in the examination, there will be no negative marking.

The exam will be of 2 hours and 30 minutes in total.

Admit Card

Students can download admit card online in the month of March 2017 for the students who will submit the application form on time and pass the eligibility criteria. Through official website of MAH MBA CET, students may download their admit card as per the given schedule by the authority. Students have to carry their admit card to the exam hall to appear for the examination.

Answer Key

DTE Maharashtra will update the answer key of all the questions asked in the examination. MAH MBA CET 2017 final answer key will be released online in the first week of May 2017, after which students can submit their objection (if any) against the answer key. Later, the final answer key will be uploaded online by the university as well as by other private institutes too.

Result | Score Card

Students who have appeared in the exam they have to check the results. The result of the exam will be released in the month of April 2017 by the DTE Maharashtra. It will be released online and the students have to download that document and need to bring at the counseling session as a proof of their result. Students can check the result on official portal.

Counselling

In the month of June 2017, the counseling of MAH MBA CET will be held for qualified students to grant admission in Maharashtra colleges. Once the seat got allotted to the student, he/she has to report to the institute and need to pay the fees. At the time of counseling sessions, students have to submit all the essential documents for verification by the conducting authority.

Cut off

The DTE Maharashtra will publish the MAH MBA CET Cut off Marks 2017 at its official website after conducting all the counseling rounds. The cut-off list will be out as per the various institutes linked with the MAH MBA CET examination. Only the shortlisted students from the merit list will be called for Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
