How to recover blocked or suspended Gmail account?

  1. Sign in the Google Admin Console using an administrator account.
  2. Click on "Users" to visit the user’s account page.
  3. Select "Suspended Users" filter from the Filters at the side of user list. Click on the drop down icon if you don’t find Filters.
  4. Select the name of suspended user to go on their account page.
  5. At the top right of the user account page, click Restore. A pop-up message box will show, click Reset User. If the "Restore" option is not seen, wait for 24 hours so the limits reset automatically.
