You have to drink one sip of your drink for every person who is pointing at you. So, if three people point at you that you are most likely to eat the sandwich, you have to take three sips. 1. Bite the Bag

Place a bag on the ground, or you can also place any other object which can easily be lifted with the mouth. All the players stand is a circle and one by one, everyone will try to lift the bag using only their mouth. You cannot use your hands for grabbing the object or even for balancing. If you are not able to pick up the bag, then you have to take a shot.
